(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 06 - The Ukrainian Attorney General, Irina Venediktova, affirms that the Russian army in Ukraine has committed sexual violence not only against women and men, but also against children and the elderly.

The police have received a series of complaints, some of which also spread on social networks.
The prosecutor - said Venediktov at a coordination meeting with law enforcement agencies and government agencies - agreed on the need to use international protocols to investigate these war crimes, asking to ascertain any cases of sexual harm on the victims of the conflict.
