From cooperation to climate, 'GeoAdriatico' favors dialogue

   Promoted by Vitale Onlus in partnership with the University of Trieste, the event also explores issues relating to economic investments and international finance, but also relating to transport and port infrastructure, marine industry, environmental diplomacy and space.

And still wars, migrations and multireligiousness in support of peace.


    "The adverse events that characterize these years, such as the pandemic not yet over and the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict - says the rector Roberto Di Lenarda - are affecting the international agenda and redefining global priorities.


   As in every phase of crisis, it is appropriate to support the dialogue between all the social components and encourage dialogue between scientists, academics, public policy analysts, diplomats and cooperators ".


    The symposium is sponsored by the Senate, the Chamber and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The multi-ethnic and multi-denominational identity of Trieste built through centuries of peaceful coexistence between different cultures and religions - observes Roberto Vitale, president of the Vitale Onlus - wants to be an example of integration and international dialogue which, with the contribution of GeoAdriatico, must be exported to the world. dialogue at the center of political, economic and cultural choices is one of the priorities of GeoAdriatico ".


    Guests from 21 countries will be present at the appointment.
