Monday, September 19, the two eldest of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte, 7, paid a last tribute to their great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
Their little brother Prince Louis, aged four, was kept at home.

It was alongside their parents that George and Charlotte walked behind the coffin in Westminster Abbey, before attending the Queen's funeral mass.
Her remains were then transferred in a hearse to Wellington Arch, before beginning their journey to Windsor Castle and St. George's Chapel, where she will be buried.
