(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 14 - Italy's goal on renewables is "to reach 70 gigawatts" of new renewable power, necessary to meet the European target of cutting 55% of greenhouse gas emissions, "in six years instead of ten ".
This was stated by the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto (FI), on the sidelines of a conference at the Italian Pavilion of Cop27 in Sharm el-Sheikh.
