So the president of Forza Italia, Silvio Berlusconi, on the occasion of the inauguration of the new headquarters of the regional coordination of the party in Milan.
As part of the Budget Law, "my idea is a rule to produce over a million jobs," Berlusconi points out.

"We are working on the budget law and of the many ideas we are following, two are mine: one is to eliminate the prior authorizations for those who want to build a house, renovate it and open a pharmacy or a restaurant. With this rule, anyone who wants to do these things he will be able to send a recommended letter to the Municipality and the next day he will start working".
