Violence in the family, 'master father' sentenced to 20 years

(ANSA) - MILAN, FEBRUARY 03 - For almost twenty years, between 2003 and 2021, he subjected his wife and four daughters to "horrible" violence of all kinds, such as forcing one of the girls to "eat on the floor, without cutlery , such as an animal" or squeezing a "plastic bag" over his wife's head.

For allegations of ill-treatment, sexual violence, extortion, the man, 43 years old and defined as a "master father", in prison since December 2021 and who had lived with his family between Naples and Milan, was sentenced today to 20 years' imprisonment by the ninth criminal section of the Court of Milan, following the investigation by prosecutor Giovanni Tarzia.
