Singer Stéphane Métro sentenced to five years in prison for sexual abuse of minors

, was sentenced on Wednesday to five years in prison, including one and a half years by the Bobigny judicial court for sexual abuse of adolescents, then his students.

He was also sentenced to a permanent ban on exercising an activity in contact with minors and to socio-judicial monitoring for ten years.

During his trial in December, Stéphane Métro admitted having had a

"relationship"

with one of his students, then 14 years old and he was 27 years old.
