The song "Midrash Yonati" was released in 1988 as part of the album "Green". This is a song that has received many references in Israeli music, and is a kind of prophecy of rage or lamentation about Jerusalem and the people who liberated it.
"Ask about the heart of Jerusalem / Ask for peace / Stones in the heart of Jerusalem / The market square is crowded / Lies and injustice are enveloped / On the occasion of the wall work / But through the veil is seen / Our city is naked", say the words that open the song, which also reflects Ariel's unique language and ability Its fused with biblical texts and contemporary language for modern poetry.
