Between exceptions, bans and self-certifications, Italians are preparing for the Christmas holidays in the pandemic.
The decree has set the limits within which it will be possible to move from December 24 to January 6, precisely on the days considered most at risk for gatherings and aggregations out of control.
But whether Italy is orange (on 28,29,30 December and 4 January) or red (on 24,25,26,27,31 December and 1,2,3,5,6 January) will still be
granted travel within your region
.
Private homes
can be reached
, however, only in two or with children under 14 and only once a day
.
Granted even
the presence of disabled and "dependent persons living together".
To move, moreover, it will
be necessary to obtain the new self-certification
, practically identical to the one that accompanied the Dpcm of December 3, except for the exclusion in the text of the Region in which you are heading because it is prohibited by the new law.
The
sanctions
for any violations have been
confirmed
, which can also be contested in the days following the check.
The
trips are, of course, also granted for proven work needs, situations of necessity or health
.
On the days considered
orange,
those residing in a municipality with less than 5,000 inhabitants can also move to neighboring municipalities, within a radius of 30 kilometers.
A rule, however, for which the same exceptions explained in the decree are envisaged, that is to move within your region to visit relatives or friends once a day.
The new provision developed by Palazzo Chigi, therefore, turns out to be much less stringent than what was feared on the eve, albeit confirming the curfew from 22 to 5, extended to 7 on January 1.
The most affected will be bars and restaurants that will be closed from 24 December to 6 January, with the possibility of keeping the home delivery service or take-away open.
During the entire holiday period, it will always be allowed to reach second homes, but only if they are within the region of residence.
In the next few days, the now "traditional" Faqs
that accompany the government decrees
will also arrive
, in order to have greater clarity, also in relation to the numerous regional and municipal ordinances that in recent days are chasing each other a little throughout Italy.
