While the French have never carried out as many tests as in recent days, the number of contaminations is increasing on Christmas Thursday.
In the past 24 hours, 21,634 new cases have been reported to Public Health France.
But beware, this number "includes the catching up of data from the day before which could not be counted in the database", indicates the health agency.
Indeed, Sunday, Tuesday then Wednesday, multiple "incidents on the computer flow of data" had occurred and positive cases had not been counted.
These bugs are now resolved and this number 21,634 "includes data catching up", indicates Public Health France.
