From the Netflix hit "Squid Game" the Dalgona biscuits have spread all over the world.

With this recipe you can bake them with just two ingredients.

Netflix users can hardly avoid "Squid Game".

How to bake the Dalgona cookies from "Squid Game".

Traditionally, the

Dalgona biscuits are prepared

with a metal ladle that you hold over the hot stove and melt the sugar in it.

But we make it a little easier for ourselves:

  • The oven is off today.

All you have to do is line a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle generously with sugar.

  • Melt the sugar in a saucepan over low heat.

You must stir constantly until the sugar turns into golden caramel.

  • Then stir in the baking soda and wait for the sugar to bubble.

  • Then pour large blobs onto the parchment paper and flatten them with a spatula or spatula - careful, hot!

  • When the

    Dalgona biscuits

have cooled down for a few seconds, you can carefully emboss the shapes with the cookie cutters - you can buy the original shapes here (promotional link) - but do not press through to the baking paper.

  • Once the cookies have cooled, you can eat them.

  • Another Korean trend recipe:

    try kimbap!

Or you play the "Squid Game" first and carefully break the shape out of the
