The interrogation of Alessandro Maja, 57,
accused of the murder of his wife Stefania and daughter Giulia and of the attempted murder of his son Nicolò,
last Wednesday in the family home in Samarate (Varese), was skipped.
His mental condition would be 'incompatible with prison'.

Enrico Milani and Sabrina Lamera, who said that Maja "is in the hospital in Monza, in psychiatry", a news that was communicated "last night".
The 57-year-old was expected in Busto Arsizio for the
guarantee interrogation, which will now be postponed
until Maja will be able to speak.
