Named “La Félicité”, the complex gradually opened its doors in the heart of Paris this summer.
The place brings together more than eleven different uses, open to residents and the general public.
An innovative concept, defined as a "building-district" by Emerige, the developer behind the project, winner of the "Réinventons Paris" competition in 2016.

“It's like a village,” smiles Caroline, who works in the office part of the building.
“We have everything nearby.
You can go to the bakery, have a drink at the hotel… It's very dynamic and it allows you to create a bond, ”explains the young woman.
