(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 19 - There are 8,259 new infections from Covid registered in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister.
Yesterday the infected were 12,082.
There are 31 victims, similar to yesterday, when they were 32. The rate is 12.2%, the same as yesterday.
The total number of Covid cases detected since the beginning of the pandemic in Italy is 22,169,273.
This is what emerges from the bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
151 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, 6 fewer than yesterday in the balance sheet between entries and exits, while daily entries are 6. Hospitalized in ordinary wards are 3,493 (+73).
The currently positive are 427,222, compared to yesterday 832 less.
21,565,442 (+9,058) have been discharged and healed, while the total number of deaths since the beginning of the pandemic is 176,609.
