A tragedy shocked and mourned the residents of the Club de Campo Hacoaj, in Tigre.
A three-year-old boy died after being
run over by a neighbor who was backing out
of his house this Wednesday.
The victim was identified as Shalom Doiver ZL, son of Rabbi Shneur Mizrahi Hacohen and Chabad Barracas.
The death of the little boy was announced by the Country Club due to the suspension of all activities at the venues.
In addition, they expressed their
solidarity with "friends and family in this difficult time
."
And they clarified: "As soon as the police authorities allow it, we will continue to communicate the evolution of the situation."
The police are still working on the scene.
The investigation is carried out by the prosecutor Jorge Sebastián Fitipaldi, in charge of the Functional Unit of Instruction and Trial (UFI), of the Tigre Centro district.
In principle, the woman will be charged with manslaughter.
"The boy was playing on public roads, the lady backed out and did not see him. The defendant will not be arrested," sources in the case explain to

And they add: "They are adjoining lots or they live across the street."
In the closed neighborhood there would be cameras that will be analyzed by the prosecutor's office.
The same sources confirmed that "the child always played in the street."
The UFI received the request not to carry out the autopsy for religious reasons, however, it will be done this Thursday at 8.
Likewise, the spokespersons explained that "the baby was taken to a maternal and child first aid room in Tigre and despite the fact that they tried to revive him, he was already dead."
