(ANSA) - STOCKHOLM, MAY 03 - President Volodymyr Zelensky is today in Helsinki, Finland, where he is expected to hold a press conference later with his counterpart Sauli Niinisto.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is in Helsinki on a visit kept secret from the public until the last minute.
After meeting with the President of Finland Sauli Niinistö and Petteri Orpo, the winner of the elections and probable future Premier of Finland he will hold a press conference at the presidential palace.
Later Zelensky will also meet the other leaders of the Nordic countries, the Swedish premier Ulf Kristersson, the Danish Mette Fredriksen and the Norwegian Jonas Gahr St›re.
War updates and a discussion on how the Nordic countries can continue to support Ukraine are on the agenda.
He will also discuss relations between Ukraine, NATO and the European Union, Finnish public broadcaster Yle reported.
A second press conference is expected in the evening after the second meeting.
