The work decree approved on May 1st by the council of ministers
has been published in the Official Gazette
.
The decree enters into force today.
The provision, which has 45 articles, provides, among other things, for the launch of the
new instrument
that
will replace the basic income for the employable,
called 'Support for training and work', the new cut in the tax wedge by a further 4 points from July to December and the raising of the ceiling for the exemption of fringe benefits to 3 thousand euros.
The endowment of the Fund for the reduction of the tax burden is increased by 4.064 billion for 2024: this is foreseen by the labor decree published in the Gazzetta.
