The intense control activity on road traffic ordered by the municipal police command of Camaiore (Lucca) continues.
This time the agents in a check in Capezzano Pianore, again with the use of the Targa System, intercepted yet another vehicle without insurance coverage, furthermore they ascertained that the driver, a 54-year-old, was without a license because it was revoked by a provision of the Lucca prefecture in 2021.
From check also revealed that the vehicle was without supervision and suspended from circulation.
Thus the driver was charged with administrative fines of over 8,000 euros and was reported to the judicial authority for repeated driving without a licence.
The vehicle was impounded.
A fine of 300 euros also applies to the owner of the vehicle, due to careless entrustment of the vehicle.
