Apple lovers, it's time to say goodbye:
the company definitively closed the legendary store at One Infinite Loop in Cupertino, California yesterday (Saturday).
The store, which served as Apple's main store between the mid-1990s and 2017, was a pilgrimage point for fans of the brand.
The company's headquarters also remained in place until 2017, when the construction of the ring and future headquarters of the company - Apple Park - was completed.
The store first opened in 1993 under the name The Company Store (in free translation: "The Company Store"), and focused mainly on selling branded Apple merchandise.
After a renovation in 2015, it reopened as a more traditional Apple retail store, with products like the iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch displayed on beige tables, but it continued to sell a limited selection of merchandise, such as T-shirts, reusable bottles, Mugs and notebooks.

"After many years of customer service in our stores in the Gulf region, we are closing the store in an endless loop," the company said.
"All of our valued team members will have the opportunity to continue their roles at Apple. We look forward to welcoming our customers at the nearby Apple Park Visitor Center and other locations and on Apple.com."

In addition, Apple permanently closed another store in Hawaii, but emphasized that it is still committed to "providing a great experience for customers", noting that it opened new stores this year in the US, China, India, South Korea and the UK, and also launched its online store in Chile and Vietnam .
