More than eleven years after the disappearance of the 30-year-old young woman, and after two trials where Guerric Jehanno was sentenced in 2020 and 2021 to thirty years of criminal imprisonment, the main suspect is tried again from January 22 to 26 by the Assize Court of Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne).

This third act follows the decision of the Court of Cassation to nullify the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne).
