Risks transfer Pg Catanzaro

(ANSA) - CATANZARO, JAN 9 - The Attorney General of Catanzaro Otello Lupacchini risks having to leave the post for criticizing the Prosecutor's Office of the capital, led by Nicola Gratteri, regarding the last operation against the 'Ndrangheta which led to 300 arrests.
The First Commission of the CSM has opened the transfer procedure for Lupacchini due to environmental incompatibility for having publicly delegitimized the work of Gratteri. The Pg was summoned to the CSM for next Monday.
The First Commission also opened a case to protect the Prosecutor Gratteri for the accusations made by Lupacchini and the deputy of the Democratic Party Enza Bruno Bossio. The General Prosecutor, in a television interview, had spoken of "evanescence of many operations of the Catanzaro Prosecutor", complaining that he had learned from the press the names of the arrested persons and the reasons for the measures, while Bruno Bossio had called the last "a show" operation of the Prosecutor Gratteri.
