(ANSA) - FLORENCE, APRIL 05 - The Court of Cassation, tonight, confirmed the sentence against the former officer of the Carabinieri Marco Camuffo, establishing a reduction of the sentence to 4 years and 4 months, for the case of sexual violence to two American female students the night between 6 and 7 September 2017 in Florence while he was on patrol with the carabiniere Pietro Costa, who was given four years in the appeal trial today.
For Camuffo the sentence is final.
The sentence established by the Cassation is less than two months compared to 4 years and 6 months inflicted by the Florence Court of Appeal.
