Allergy warning: Kaufland is recalling two vegan products

Kaufland is recalling two vegan foods.

Kaufland takes two vegan skewers from a Dutch manufacturer out of the sales room.
The labels do not appear to indicate that soy is included.
Neckarsulm ‒ The Kaufland supermarket is taking the two varieties "K-take it veggie - Vegan Flammeskebfe BBQ and Hot" off the shelves in the 160 gram pack.
As a reason for the nationwide recall, a company spokeswoman states in a press release that it cannot be ruled out that the products mentioned contain soy.
This allergen is not declared on the label.
Kaufland is recalling two varieties of "K-take it veggie" - vegan skewers - nationwide.

Due to possible allergic reactions, customers who are allergic to soy should be aware of the recall and not consume the affected products, the spokeswoman warns.
Customers who are not allergic to soy could consume the products without hesitation.

The vegan kebabs were sold in
Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and
Thuringia Kaufland offered.
Callback at Kaufland: Return possible without receipt
The products can be returned in all Kaufland branches.
The purchase price will be refunded, even without presenting the receipt.
With this, the Dutch manufacturer of vegan products, Van Loon Son, joins a list of recalls.
From time to time it even happens that a vegan product is not as vegan as it says on the label.
