You only need three ingredients for this delicious egg punch recipe - and no cream

Eggnog is the creamy alternative to mulled wine.

In addition to mulled wine, eggnog is a delicious classic to drink in winter.
It is usually made with cream, but it works great without it!
Eggnog is perfect for all fans of eggnog and the like: It tastes wonderful, warms you up and also looks very elaborate, while you can make the delicious hot drink very quickly and easily - from just three ingredients that you always have in the house.
Eggnog without cream and eggnog - made from three ingredients
For this deliciously creamy eggnog you need:
3 eggs, size M
150 g white granulated sugar
1 liter of semi-dry or dry white wine

How to make eggnog out of three ingredients
In a saucepan, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is nice and light.
Then add the white wine and stir well.
Now slowly warm the punch while you beat it until frothy with a whisk or hand blender.
Once the eggnog is warm, you can enjoy it straight away.

Attention:
The eggnog must not boil because the egg will then freeze.
So heat it up to a maximum of medium level.
Since the eggnog is made with fresh eggs and is not boiled, it cannot be stored - so you need to enjoy it right away.

Eggnog without cream - according to your taste
Depending on how sweet you like your eggnog, you can use up to 200 grams of sugar, or you can
experiment
with a
sweeter white wine

To serve, you can sprinkle the eggnog with a little cocoa powder or cinnamon.
