(ANSA) - FLORENCE, June 30 - The former CEO of FS and Rfi Mauro Moretti was sentenced to 5 years in the appeal process for the railway lastrage of Viareggio (Lucca) on June 29, 2009. In the first appeal Moretti was sentenced to 7 years, in this new process ordered by the Supreme Court the public prosecutor had asked for 6 years and 9 months.
In this trial, Moretti did not renounce to avail himself of the limitation other than from previous degrees of judgment.
