Ricardo Daniel Carias, known as "la Tota Santillán", was sentenced to five and a half years in prison. He was found guilty of acts of violence against his ex-partner and mother of two of his daughters.
The magistrate ordered that the Google search engine eliminate all news related to the demonstrations that Carías made against his former partner and her ex-father-in-law. The producer and driver was convicted of the crimes of "aggravated threats by the use of weapons"
