Shots from an air rifle triggered a police operation in the west of the city in Nuremberg on Friday evening. Several residents reported gunshot sounds in the backyard of an apartment complex.
The affected area was therefore cordoned off as a precaution and additional forces were called in. In the course of the investigation work on site, the officers finally found an air rifles in the attic of one of the apartment buildings. No one was injured in the incident.. The suspected firearm was found in an attic. The shots were fired from a previously unknown apartment.
