They will be tried for suspicion of the offenses of breach of trust, abuse of social property and concealment. The club's president, Franck Horter, was served with a judicial review preventing him from carrying out his duties. He was also cited in a dispute between him and Yannick Agnel concerning the non-payment of a year of contract, up to 60,000 euros.
