Just a shell: gutted and without heating, the empty Hotel Bachmair am See cannot currently accommodate guests or refugees.

Köck rejects the district SPD's idea of using a hotel as refugee accommodation.
He made that clear at the town hall meeting.
Rottach-Egern
- The district SPD's proposal to use the empty Hotel Bachmair am See as refugee accommodation was also discussed at the Rottach citizens' meeting.
Town hall boss Christian Köck (CSU) was asked for a statement by a concerned citizen (“That would have massive consequences for the place”).
The mayor reported his clear rejection of the application at the district council meeting and went further.
“The SPD would do well to talk to its own minister in Berlin,” said Köck.
About whether “this unlimited immigration” is still acceptable for Germany.
Köck continued that the municipalities and the Miesbach district were already at a point where they could no longer cope with the burden.
You can see this in the consequences: elected officials are attacked at events.
SPD should quickly forget about the application
He advised the SPD in the district to forget the application as quickly as they submitted it, Köck reported.
Incidentally, the comrades brought it in without first talking to the current owner or the community: “That’s not possible,” said the mayor.
