Social movements are evaluating at this time
cutting routes and access
to the country's main tourist centers at the beginning of the
extra long Easter holiday
.
Without dialogue with the Government and while they maintain the claim for the
sending of food to canteens
and with the
criminal complaint from the Ministry of Human Capital
to the head of the Evita Movement
Emilio Pérsico
on the table, the organizations
close to Peronism and those on the left
redouble his
challenge to the economic
and social policy of Javier Milei and the
anti-picketing protocol of Patricia Bullrich
.
The leaders of the groups grouped in the UTEP and the Piquetera Unit will meet again this Friday to define
a common fight plan
, the last chapter of which was replicated this Monday on provincial routes throughout the country, with incidents between the Police and the
protesters in Puente Pueyrredón and Puente Saavedra
.
“
Monday was friendly, what is coming will be harder
,” warned an articulator of the movements with greater power of convocation.
Social organizations have so far
avoided cuts on important routes
,
massive mobilizations in the City
and more powerful actions at the
doors of supermarkets
than the petitions they distributed in
several chains on February 1
.
With this horizon, several of the top social leaders propose cutting on Wednesday, at the beginning of the XXL Easter holiday and April 2, the routes with
high tourist traffic
such as
Route 2, Pan-American and Route 3
in the south.
Without concern for the political cost, they pressure for the Government to receive them or resolve some of their demands.
The alternative of escalating the protests was discussed on Monday at the weekly meeting of the Evita national board.

Social movements are redoubling pressure against the Government days after the Ministry of Human Capital led by
Sandra Pettovello denounced Pérsico
, former Secretary of Social Economy and head of Evita, the most popular social organization, for alleged fraud against the public administration.
For social leaders, the complaint against Pérsico is an attempt to
politically discipline the social movements
that demand the immediate shipment of dry food to the canteens.
“These people are easy, when they take remedies from the elderly, they look for corruption in the PAMI.
When we mobilize for hunger, they attack a social leader
,” noted the former official, who has not yet received sound solidarity from the leaders of the former Frente de Todos that he actively joined.
The Government is calling for a tender - through the United Nations UNDP program - to send dry food to soup kitchens.
In Human Capital they point out that the shipment of dry food will only represent
4% of the food policy expenditure concentrated in the Alimentar Card
.
Pettovello wants to expand the Alimentar Comunidad card - so that those responsible can buy fresh and dry food - from
2 thousand to 4 thousand canteens until reaching 8 thousand
.
In the national registry of soup kitchens there are
44 thousand establishments registered
, but the Government estimates that
there are no more than 12 thousand
.
Before the picket
that they are preparing for next week and that could
test
the
operational capacity of the federal forces
led by Bullrich, the social leaders of the UTEP led by the Evitista
Alejandro Gramajo,
Pérsico's right hand in Social Development, will make a demonstration of force in the demonstration for Remembrance Day, on March 24, together with the CGT.

Evita and the labor union maintain a programmatic alliance that will have a separate chapter within the
Buenos Aires PJ
where they will present a common list to compete for places with the sector of Juan Manuel Olmos and the camper Mariano Recalde.
The organizations also secured a seat at the nascent and convulsed
political action table of national Peronism
that will be put into operation on Friday at the Ferro microstadium.
